On 4 June 2026, Mr. I. Kuznecovs, President of Riga Aeronautical Institute, together with Ms. O. Kochmar, Chief Operating Officer of Pelican Flight Training LLC, attended a ceremonial reception organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the United States in celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America. The event was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia to the United States under the patronage of H.E. Ms. E. Kuzma, Ambassador of Latvia to the United States, and brought together representatives of the diplomatic corps, educational institutions, businesses, and cultural organizations.

The event provided an opportunity to further strengthen Latvian-American relations, foster international dialogue, and highlight Latvia’s contribution to cultural diplomacy on the international stage.
